Over/Under

We do our best to deliver your exact order, but occasionally manufacturing custom goods can go over or under your order amount. Standard spoilage rates typically range between 3-5% and if your order is affected we will communicate this as soon as we become aware. If you need an exact quantity, especially when goods are needed for an event date, we recommend ordering extras.

Offensive Material Policy

We review all design submissions to ensure they align with our values and provide a safe environment for our team. We will not produce designs that:

  • Promote intolerance (racism, sexism, homophobia, or religious discrimination)

  • Include derogatory or graphic sexual content

  • Glorify or condone violence, animal cruelty, suicide, or terrorism

  • Celebrate individuals guilty of violent or sexual crimes

  • Contain gang-related imagery

We reserve the right to refuse service for any offensive content.

Changes/Cancellations After Approval

Once you approve your invoice and mockup, your order is final and cannot be changed or canceled. Please review sizes, quantities, and artwork carefully before approving. We are not responsible for errors in approved invoices or mockups.

If a cancellation must occur after approval, you will be responsible for all costs incurred, including shipping items back to vendors and any applicable restocking fees.
